Tina joined Tessera in early 2008 and upon joining, carved a niche in the Real Estate and Construction sector through in depth research and understanding of the function and the nuances of the Middle East region. She is adept in identifying and sourcing top professionals within this domain and has successfully delivered on key mandates whilst providing research support to the senior consultants and partners.

Prior to this Tina spent a few years developing her IT domain expertise and has worked as team leader with top multinationals in developing better customer and technical support for their key clients. She holds an Engineering degree from one of the premier universities in India..
