Renita has worked across various functions including, FMCG sales, Market Research, and Banking with her most recent role being with aluminum giant - Rio Tinto Alcan in Dubai as a Marketing Research Analyst. Renita completed her undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a specialization in HR & Marketing, from University of New Brunswick in Canada. Having lived in different parts of the world has given her the edge to adapt well with different cultures as well as gain an in-depth understanding of both, the regional and international work ethics and cultures.
